Stephen (Shu) Hsu
Managing Broker, CRS, Realtor®
Greetings, and welcome to my corner of the real estate world. I’m Stephen Hsu, known as Shu by my cherished friends and family. For me, real estate isn’t just a profession. It’s a passion. I’ve invested countless hours in mastering the intricacies of the process, ensuring that every transaction, no matter how complex, feels like a breeze. It’s about transforming the challenging into the seamless and the overwhelming into the manageable.
What truly sets me apart are the relationships I build with my clients. They often speak of my laid back, no pressure approach, the timeliness and clarity of my communication, and my deep knowledge of construction, which gives them peace of mind throughout the process. Patience is my strength, and I’m committed to going above and beyond to keep you informed and empowered so that every decision is made with confidence.
Having spent my formative years in Tacoma and being a proud alumni of Stadium High School, I have a strong connection to this community. I don’t just work here. I understand it intimately and care deeply about its future. When you choose me as your Realtor, you’re not just gaining an agent. You’re gaining an advocate who will work tirelessly to help you sell your property with care and attention, or guide you through finding the perfect home when the time is right.
If you’re looking for someone who isn’t just about transactions but about building lasting connections and achieving your real estate dreams, I’m just a call away. Together, we’ll embark on this exciting journey, turning your visions into reality. Reach out today, and let’s get started.
On a personal note, I live in the Tacoma area with my beautiful wife, who I met at the end of my freshman year at Eastern Washington University. We’ve raised three amazing kids. Two of them graduated from Curtis High School in University Place, and our youngest is still at home, keeping things fun and full of life.
